At ORISBRAND, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@oris-brand.com, including your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Items returned without original packaging
• Items marked as final sale
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled shortly after they are placed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
